BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §4815(b)(3)(a), Title 29 of the Delaware Code, by striking the number “$1,000,000” and substituting in lieu thereof the number “1,500,000”.
Section 2. Amend §4815(b)(3)(b) 2.D., Title 29 of the Delaware Code, by striking the number “$1,000,000” and substituting in lieu thereof the number “1,500,000”.
Section 3. Amend §4815(b)(3)(b) 2.D., Title 29 of the Delaware Code, by striking the number “$500,000” and substituting in lieu thereof the number “750,000”.
Section 4. Section 1 of this Act shall be effective for the contribution to the Standardbred Breeder’s Program to be allocated on January 1, 2004.
