AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PROFESSIONAL INCENTIVE PROGRAMS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 3419(c)(1), Title 14 of the Delaware Code, by striking the period (“.”) as it appears at the end of said paragraph and by inserting in lieu thereof the following phrase:
“, whether as an employee of the State, the Department of Education, a school district, or an individual school, or as an employee of a private organization providing educational services to Delaware school children under a contract with the State, the Department of Education, a school district, or an individual school.”
