AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 320 OF VOLUME 72 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO POST CONVICTION REMEDIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Section 4 of Chapter 320 of Volume 72 of the Laws of Delaware, as amended, by deleting "September 1, 2002" as it appears therein any by inserting in lieu thereof "September 1, 2004".
