AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH TRAFFIC LIGHTS
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §4101(d)(6), Title 21, Delaware Code by deleting “and the payment of costs” as it appears therein.
