AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ABANDONED VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §4401(b), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase "in excess of 24 hours" and substituting in lieu thereof: "in excess of 12 hours".
Section 2. Amend §4401(b), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by inserting "or upon any express highway in the State" between "within a municipality" and "for a period".
Section 3. Amend §4401(c), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by striking "the term" and substituting in lieu thereof "the term 'express highway' or ".
Section 4. Amend §4402(b), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase "24 hours" and substituting in lieu thereof: "12 hours".
Section 5. Amend §4402(b), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by inserting "or upon any express highway in the State" between "within a municipality" and "concerning which vehicle".
