BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 15, Section 3303 by deleting the last sentence thereof and replacing it with the following:
"However, when there is a national nominating convention or a contest in a primary election yet to be held, the nominees from said national nominating convention or the winners of any such contests shall be named on a certificate of nomination to be filed before 12:00 noon on the earlier of (i) the Tuesday following said national nominating convention or primary election or (ii) the 15th of September of said election year."
