AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LICENSE PLATES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :

Section 1. Amend §2124, Title 21, Delaware Code, by redesignating subsection (j) as found therein to subsection (k), and by adding a new subsection (j) to read as follows:

“(j) Dealer plates may be transferred from one dealer to another by completing a seller’s affidavit to transfer a dealer tag or tags and submitting it with the appropriate fee. The seller’s affidavit shall include the seller and buyers names, the plate number, and the date of the transfer. A dealer may not acquire more plates than they are otherwise permitted by sub-section (f) of this section.”
