AN ACT AMENDING VOLUME 73, DELAWARE LAWS, CHAPTER 350 (THE FISCAL YEAR 2003 BOND AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ACT).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Three-fourths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Volume 73 Del. Laws, c. 350, Section 1 Addendum, page A-3, by deleting the number "140,665,860" as it appears in the column entitled "Trans. Trust Funds" and inserting in lieu thereof the number "144,638,799" and further amending the Section 1 Addendum by recalculating the line "Subtotal" as it appears on page A-3 and the line "Grand Total" as it appears on page A-6.
Section 2. Further Amend Volume 73 Del. Laws, c. 350, Section 74 by deleting subsection (a) as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection (a) to read as follows:
“(a) Transportation Trust Fund Authorizations. Sums not to exceed $354,125,289 (State $228,715,839; federal $122,829,550; other $2,579,900) are authorized to be withdrawn from the Transportation Trust Fund to carry out the projects and programs as set forth in the Section 1 Addendum of this Act.”
Section 3. Further amend Volume 73 Del. Laws, c. 350 by adding a new Appendix C, FY 2003, Emergency Accelerated Paving Program after Appendix B thereof.
