AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DIVISION OF CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT AND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HUNTING, TRAPPING AND FISHING LICENSES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §2214 (c), Title 13 of the Delaware Code by adding between the phrase “under Chapter 26 or 27 of Title 21,” and the phrase “and a license, permit, certificate, approval, registration, or other similar form of permission or authorization” as the same appear therein the following: “a hunting, fishing or trapping license issued or renewed under Chapter 5 of Title 7,”.
Section 2. Amend §503, Chapter 5, Title 7 of the Delaware Code by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence:
“The social security number of the applicant shall be included on the application for any resident’s license.”.
Section 3. Amend §506, Chapter 5, Title 7 of the Delaware Code by adding a new subsection (c) to read as follows:
“(c) The social security number of the applicant shall be included on the application for any nonresident’s license.”.
Section 4. The provisions of this Act shall become effective upon its enactment into law.
