AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 5 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §1727 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code by deleting from the first sentence the amount “$5,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof the amount “$6,000,000” after the words “total assets exceed” and before the words “or registered office”.
Section 2. The provisions of this Act shall be effective upon its enactment into law.
