AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO UNLAWFULLY DEALING WITH A CHILD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §1106(1), Title 11, Delaware Code by deleting “sexual or” as it appears therein.
Section 2. Amend §1106, Title 11, Delaware Code by renumbering subsections (2) and (3) thereof as (3) and (4) respectively and by inserting therein the following:
“(2) The person knowingly permits a child less than 18 years old to enter or remain in a place where unlawful sexual activity is maintained or conducted; or”.
