BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §2502, Title 18 of the Delaware Code by striking the semicolon (";") after "insurance" in §2502(b)(3) and substituting in lieu thereof a period ("."); by striking §2502(b)(4) in its entirety; by striking the period (".") after "corporations" in §2502(a)(4) and substituting in lieu thereof a semicolon (";"); and by adding a new paragraph to §2502(a) to read: "(5) Title insurance.".
Section 2. Amend Chapter 45, Title 18 of the Delaware Code by striking Chapter 45 in its entirety.
Section 3. Amend §2712(a), Title 18 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase "casualty and surety insurance" as it appears in the last sentence thereof and by substituting in lieu thereof "casualty, surety, and title insurance".
