AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE MERIT EMPLOYEE RELATIONS BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Subsection (a), §10161, Chapter 101, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking paragraph (12) in its entirety, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(12) Merit Employee Relations Board;".
