AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO IMPLEMENTATION OF SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE SUPPLEMENTS AND PAYMENT OF STIPENDS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Section 1305(q), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by replacing "2003" wherever it appears therein with "2004".
Section 2. Amend Section 1305(1), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by adding after the words "spread evenly across an employee's contract period similar to base salary" the words "or be paid as a single payment".
Section 3. Amend Section 1305(o), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by adding after the words "spread evenly across an employee's contract period similar to base salary" the words "or be paid as a single payment".
