BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE : Section 1. Amend Section 4341, Title 11, Delaware Code, by striking subsection '(c)' in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following: "(c) The Chairperson shall be experienced in the area(s) of probation, parole, and/or other related areas of corrections."
