AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SALE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §4004 of Title 25, of the Delaware Code by adding the words "or Constable's" after the word "Sheriff's" at the beginning of the caption.
Section 2. Amend §4004(a) of Title 25, of the Delaware Code by adding the phrase "or constable's sale, if the petition was filed in the Justice of the Peace Court" after the phrase "sheriff's sale".
Section 3. Amend §4005 of Title 25, of the Delaware Code by adding the phrase "or constable's" after the word "sheriff's" and before the word "sale" in the first sentence.
