AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CHILD CARE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §342(a)(3), Title 31, Delaware Code by inserting before the last sentence thereof:
“Day care centers operating part or full day are subject to licensure.”.
