Section 1. Amend §10002(d)(13), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "or" as it appears therein.
Section 2. Amend §10002(d)(14), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting the punctuation "." and inserting in its place the punctuation and word "; or".
Section 3. Amend §10002(d), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by adding thereto a new paragraph designated as (15) to read as follows:
"(15) Any photographs, video recordings or audio recordings of a postmortem examination in the possession of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.".
