AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 20 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE NATIONAL GUARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 184, Title 20, Delaware Code by deleting the last sentence in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"The funds shall be expended with the approval of the Adjutant General to enhance the morale, welfare, and recreation of assigned personnel.".
