AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 58, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Title 29, Section 5822 (d) by adding the following to the end of said subsection: "A normal workday is defined by Merit Rule 5.0200. A standard work schedule is defined by Merit Rule 5.0210."
Section 2. Amend Title 29, Section 5822 (e) by striking the words "vacation or personal" as they appear in said subsection and inserting the words "vacation, personal, or compensatory" in lieu thereof.
