AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE LOTTERY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Section 4820(b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code, by adding the following sentence to the end of the existing subsection:
"The Director's lease or purchase of video lottery machines under this subsection shall be pursuant to the procedures used for procurement under 29 Del. C. §§6981-82."
