AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO AGGRESSIVE DRIVING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 4175 A (b), Chapter 41, Title 21, Delaware Code by redesignating paragraphs "(2)" through "(11)" as paragraphs "(3) through "(12)" respectively and adding a new paragraph "(2)" to read as follows":
"(2) Section 4108 of this title, relating to traffic-control signals.".
