BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §4302(a)(1), Title 30, Delaware Code by inserting “, including television sets leased to patients in a health care facility,” between “for their own use” and “and manufacturing equipment” as they appear therein.
