BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §3536(a) of Title 12 by adding a new sentence at the end thereof to read as follows:
"For purposes of this subsection, the creditors of a beneficiary shall include, but not be limited to, any person having a claim against the beneficiary, the beneficiary's estate, or the beneficiary's property by reason of any forced heirship, legitime, marital elective share, or similar rights."
