AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE GOVERNMENT OF KENT COUNTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Subsection (a), Section 4103, Title 9 of the Delaware Code, by striking the second sentence and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"Each such official must be a resident of the Levy Court District from which such official is elected, and must have been such for at least 1 year before such official is elected, be a citizen of the United States, a qualified elector of the County and be elected by the qualified voters of the District."
