BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 3345 of Title 18 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words "and endometrial" where they appear between the word "cervical" and "cancer".
Section 2. Amend § 3559B of Title 18 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words "and endometrial" where they appear between the words "cervical" and "cancer".
