AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT BEING CHAPTER 138, VOLUME 68, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF DAGSBORO" TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF FUNDS THAT THE TOWN MAY BORROW ON ITS FULL FAITH AND CREDIT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):

Section 1. Amend Subsection (PP), Section 28 of Chapter 138, Volume 68, Laws of Delaware, as amended, entitled "An Act to Incorporate The Town of Dagsboro" by striking in said subsection the phrase "One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000)" in each place it appears and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000)".
