BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §10113, Chapter 101, Title 29, Delaware Code by adding the following at the end of subsection (b) thereof.
"Any regulation adopted pursuant to this subsection, along with a copy of the order adopting said regulation shall be filed with the Registrar of Regulations, and the regulation so filed shall become the official regulation as defined in Section 1132 of this Title."
