AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO APPEALS FROM THE INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT BOARD TO THE SUPERIOR COURT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2349, Title 19, Delaware Code, by striking in the first sentence the number "20" and inserting in lieu thereof the number "30".
Section 2. Amend Section 2349, Title 19, Delaware Code, by adding after the first sentence the following sentence: "Neither the Board nor any member of the Board shall be named as a party to the appeal."
