AN ACT TO AMEND TITLES 10, 11, 14, 16, 24, 29, AND 31 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE NAME OF THE DIVISION OF ALCOHOLISM, DRUG ABUSE, AND MENTAL HEALTH.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Titles 10, 11, 14, 16, 24, 29, and 31 of the Delaware Code by striking the name "Alcoholism, Drug Abuse and Mental Health" wherever it appears and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"Substance Abuse and Mental Health".
