AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 2702 OF TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURTS JURISDICTION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2702 of Title 11 of the Delaware Code by deleting Section 2702(39) and renumbering the sections thereafter accordingly.
