SENATE BILL NO. 97

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COORDINATING COUNCIL.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend §2102(6), Title 13 of the Delaware Code by repealing said subsection in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection which shall read as follows:

"(6) The Secretary of the Department of Public Safety;"

Section 2. Amend §2102(13), Title 13 of the Delaware Code by repealing said subsection in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following subsection which shall read as follows:

"(13) The Secretary of the Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families; and"
