AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO BOILER SAFETY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend paragraph (7), subsection (c), §8210, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by striking said paragraph (7) in its entirety, and by substituting the following in lieu thereof:

“(7) Any unfired pressure vessel containing water at ambient temperature with a nominal water containing capacity of one hundred twenty (120) gallons or less, including those with air or gas cushion, the compression of which serves only as a cushion;”
