AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 64, VOLUME 63, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF OCEAN VIEW IN SUSSEX COUNTY, DELAWARE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 5.103, Chapter 64, Volume 63, Laws of Delaware, as amended, by deleting the phrase "Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) appearing therein and by inserting in lieu thereof the phrase "One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00)."
