AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 20 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PENSION BENEFITS FOR PARAPLEGIC VETERANS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 1001(a), Title 20 of the Delaware Code, by striking the phrase “$1,200 per year” as it appears therein and by substituting in lieu thereof the phrase “$3,000 per year”.
