AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 AND 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LONG-TERM CARE SERVICES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 79, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting the phrase "Division of Long-Term Care Consumer Protection" wherever it appears in said chapter, including all captions, and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "Division of Long-Term Care Residents Protection".
Section 2. Amend Chapter 11, Title 16 of the Delaware Code by deleting the phrase "Division of Long-Term Care Consumer Protection" wherever it appears in said chapter and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "Division of Long-Term Care Residents Protection".
Section 3. This Act shall become effective after the Division currently named the "Division of Long-Term Care Consumer Protection" is created.
