AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE RULES OF THE ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend ยง 4177 L (b), Title 21, Delaware Code by deleting after the words
"breath is" and before the word "evidence" the words "prima facie" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "per se".
