AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SUPERIOR COURT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §509, Title 10 of the Delaware Code by striking the figure "12" and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "14."
Section 2. This Act shall become effective January 1, 1999.
