AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO UNPAID KENT COUNTY SEWER SERVICE CHARGES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §4511(b), Chapter 45, Title 9, Delaware Code by striking the number "5" as it appears in the first sentence thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the number "2".
