AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO HANDICAPPED PERSONS EMPLOYMENT PROTECTION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 722 (2), Subchapter III, Chapter 7, Title 19 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words "20 or more employees.' and substituting in lieu thereof the words "15 or more employee•'.
