AN ACT TO AMEND VOLUME 67, CHAPTER 285, LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO THE FISCAL YEAR 1991 BOND AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ACT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (three-fourths of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 2 , Volume 67, Chapter 285, Laws of Delaware by redesignuting said paragraph as subsection (a) and by adding a new subsection (b) to read as follows:
"(b) Any remaining funds so authorized in Section 2(a) and as detailed in the Fiscal Year 1991 Capital Improvements I'roject Schedule for the Redding-House Study project may be used for repairs to the Christiana Colored School II I 11-C."
