AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO A VOLUNTARY ASSESSMENT PLAN
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1 Amend §915, Title 4 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words
"or the provisions of this title; provided, however, that the plan shall not apply to violations involving any of the criminal offenses set forth in this chapter" as they appear in the first sentence.
