AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 27, TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LICENSE QUALIFICATIONS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section1. Amend the last sentence of the first paragraph of Subsection 2707(6)(7), Title 21, Delaware Code, by deleting the word "revoke" and substituting in lieu thereof the word "suspend".
