AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §4015 of Title 7, Delaware Code by deleting the phrase 14013(d)(2)" as it appears in said section and replacing said phrase with the phrase §4012".
