AN ACT TO AMEND §5303(a)(2), CHAPTER 53, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE TO CORRECT A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN H.B. 88.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §5303(a)(2), Chapter 53, Title 29, Delaware Code by
deleting the phrase "1991" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "1992".
