AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 59, VOLUME 63, LAWS OF DELAWARE ENTITLED "AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF DEWEY BEACH, BY INCREASING THE INDEBTEDNESS LIMIT OF THE TOWN."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 23 (a)(10), Chapter 59, Volume 63 Laws of
Delaware, as amended, by striking the words "thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000)" as they appear therein and substituting in lieu thereof the words "one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000)".
