AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 27, TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend Chapter 27, Title 21, §2708 by adding after the words "5 years" and before the period "." at the end of subsection (a)(6) of §2708 the following:
for moving violations."
