AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 33, TITLE 16, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF THE QUALITY OF ICE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend ยง3301 (2), Chapter 33, Title 16, Delaware Code by adding the word
"Ice," after the word "drink," and before the word "confectionary" as they appear therein.
