AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 33, TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 3348, Chapter 33, Title 19 of the Delaware Code by adding a new subsection (j) to read as follows:
"(j) Not withstanding the computation of the average employer assessment rate, the average industry assessment rate, or the average construction industry assessment rate, no employer assigned an assessment rate under subsection (d) or subsection (e) of this Section shall have a rate of less than one percent (LOX)."
