AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 9, TITLE 10, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PROCEEDINGS IN THE INTEREST OF A CHILD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §937(c)(3), Chapter 9, Title 10 of the Delaware Code by inserting the phrase "unless the Director of Youth Rehabilitation Services, In his discretion, determines that it is in the best interest of the child's treatment to participate in programs which may require the child to leave the institution" between the word "commitment" and the semicolon' as they appear In said Subsection.
Section 2. Amend §937(c)(3), Chapter 9, Title 10, Delaware Code by inserting the phrase "or unless the Director of Youth Rehabilitation Services, in his discretion, determines that it is in the best interest of the child's treatment to participate in programs which may require the child to leave the institution" between the word "child" and the semicolon ";", as they appear at the end of the Subsection.
